After-Sales Service: How It Works and What You Can Expect

The deal is not over when the machine lands — that is when the relationship really starts. Here is what you can expect from us after delivery.
Who do I contact after the machine arrives?
You get a direct contact — not a helpdesk ticket — for the brands we handle. If a machine has a problem, you message or call, and we work it through with you, including remote technical guidance so you can often fix it without a costly local service call.
How fast can I get a spare part?
Common wear parts and major components can be sourced and shipped either with the machine or later. We keep a parts contact for the main brands — Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, SANY, XCMG, JLG, Genie and Dingli — so a common part can usually be on its way quickly. See the full after-sales and spare-parts guide.
How does the warranty claim actually work?
Document the issue with photographs and the bill-of-lading date, and report it within the window. Covered failures are resolved by component replacement, remote guidance, or negotiated partial refund — whichever fixes it. The process is written in the contract, so there is no ambiguity about who does what. See what the warranty covers.
What support is there if I buy multiple machines?
Fleet buyers get the same parts contact and technical support, plus the volume discount on the purchase. We have a long-term view: a repeat buyer is worth more than a one-off sale, which is why after-sales is not an afterthought here.
The principle: we stay reachable after the sale because the next machine you buy is the real measure of whether we did our job.
