Common questions
If the answer you need is not here, write to us — we will respond within one business day.
Do you list machines you do not actually have on the ground?
No. A product page that says "in stock" means we have inspected that specific unit and it is on our yard. Everything else is listed as "sourced to order" — we will only go and find it after your purchase order is confirmed, so we never sell the same machine twice.
What are the four delivery standards and how do I choose?
We deliver every machine at one of four written standards: As-Is, Refurbished, Remanufactured or New. The differences are specified — what happens to the paintwork, tyres and battery at each level. See the Delivery Standards page for the full comparison and a recommendation by use case.
Can I see the inspection report before I commit?
Yes. Every unit goes through our 29-checkpoint 360° inspection, taking about 10.6 hours of standard time. Send us the model you are interested in and we will share the completed checklist, signed by the inspecting technician, before you pay.
What warranty do you provide on used and remanufactured equipment?
Used and remanufactured units carry a 6-month remote warranty. New ASURE machines carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty scope and exclusions are documented in the contract — please request a copy before paying the deposit.
How are the four condition levels priced?
Each unit carries a published EXW price band in USD. Upgrading the delivery standard (e.g. from As-Is to Remanufactured) is a paid line item. Volume discounts apply at 2+ units (2% off), 4–6 units (6% off) and 6+ units (8% off).
How long does a sourcing order take from confirmation to arrival?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks end-to-end: demand confirmation, shortlisted options and inspection report (1–2 weeks), production and inspection (1–3 weeks for remanufactured), export documentation and ocean freight (2–4 weeks depending on destination).
What payment terms do you accept?
Telegraphic transfer is standard: 30% deposit on signed contract, 70% balance against copy of the bill of lading. Letters of credit are accepted for orders above USD 50,000. All payment terms are documented in the contract and in the Proforma Invoice we issue.
Do you handle customs clearance in our country?
We arrange export clearance in China and provide a full shipping document pack (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE / SONCAP / other conformity documents on request). For import clearance we work with your nominated broker or can recommend one in your country.
Can I visit your facility before ordering?
Yes. We host buyers at our Henan facility regularly. The visit covers the yard, the remanufacturing line, a machine walkaround of any shortlisted unit, and time with the inspection team. Tell us your travel window and we will arrange the schedule.
What if a machine arrives and the inspection is wrong?
Document the issue with photographs and the bill of lading date, and send it to us within 7 days of arrival. Covered failures are rectified under the 6-month remote warranty, by replacement of the affected component, by remote technical guidance, or by negotiated partial refund — whichever resolves it.
How do you handle the resale rights on remanufactured machines?
Once ownership transfers, the machine is yours. We do not restrict resale. Aftermarket buyers frequently come back to us for parts and service, which is part of why we publish the inspection standard — your buyer can verify it independently.
Do you have an agent / dealer programme?
Yes. Established dealers and rental companies can apply for exclusive regional rights, which means we do not appoint a competing partner in the same territory. See the Agent section of our Sourcing page for the current criteria.
