A customer from Ethiopia visited our Henan facility on 2025-12-24, with the day split between the yard walkaround, the remanufacturing line and a technical review of shortlisted units. An in-person visit is the surest way to verify that a specific machine matches the buyer's requirements before a deposit is paid.

The visit covered machine condition, paperwork, spare-parts availability and the practical steps of exporting to Ethiopia — including any conformity documents (SONCAP, EAC, PVOC or equivalent) that the destination customs authority may require.

Typical outcome

Most visitors leave with either a signed proforma invoice for a specific unit, or a shortlist of two or three machines to consider remotely with their team. There is no obligation to buy on the visit day, and travel coordination is straightforward from most major airports.
