A customer from India visited our Henan facility on 2025-11-05, with the day split between the yard walkaround, the remanufacturing line and a technical review of shortlisted units. An in-person visit is the surest way to verify that a specific machine matches the buyer's requirements before a deposit is paid.

The visit covered machine condition, paperwork, spare-parts availability and the practical steps of exporting to India — including any conformity documents (SONCAP, EAC, PVOC or equivalent) that the destination customs authority may require.

What we cover during a buyer visit

• Yard walkaround of every unit currently in stock that matches the buyer's shortlist
• Time with the inspection team to review the 29-checkpoint report in detail
• Tour of the remanufacturing line to see how As-Is units are brought up to Remanufactured standard
• Document review: contract, proforma invoice, payment terms, warranty, after-sales
• Discussion of shipping, packaging and any specific destination-market requirements

Typical outcome

Most visitors leave with either a signed proforma invoice for a specific unit, or a shortlist of two or three machines to consider remotely with their team. There is no obligation to buy on the visit day, and travel coordination is straightforward from most major airports.

Our facility is in Henan province, with the closest international airport served by regular connections through Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. We can arrange airport pickup, local hotel bookings, and a translator if needed — let us know your travel window at least two weeks ahead.
