Four Delivery Standards
Choose the condition you receive the machine in — and pay only for the level you need.
Most exporters sell you "used" and hope you do not ask what that means. We publish ours. Every machine can be delivered at one of four standards, and the difference between them is written down: what happens to the paintwork, the tyres and the battery. A machine listed as B-grade can still be delivered remanufactured — that upgrade is what our Xingyang production line exists to do.
What changes at each level
Prices shown are upgrade costs on top of the machine price, not the machine itself. All four standards include the full 360° pre-delivery inspection.

Which one is right for you
The honest answer depends on what happens to the machine after it lands.
As-Is
The machine exactly as we found it. Nothing replaced, nothing repainted.
The equipment is kept in its original state with no adjustment. Best for buyers who have their own workshop, or who are buying for parts and cannibalisation.
Best for: Buyers with in-house repair capability, parts harvesting, budget-led fleet expansion
Upgrades: New tyres and new battery available as paid options
Refurbished
Cosmetically restored with aged core components replaced.
Cosmetic treatment of the exterior plus replacement of aged core components. The machine presents well and runs correctly without the cost of a full rebuild.
Best for: Rental fleets needing presentable machines, owner-operators wanting reliability on a budget
Upgrades: New tyres and new battery available as paid options
Remanufactured
Rebuilt to ASURE factory standard — new paint, new tyres, new battery.
High-standard factory remanufacturing at our own facility. The machine is stripped, repaired, recalibrated, reassembled and refinished, then put through the full inspection again before release.
Best for: Buyers who need near-new performance without new-machine pricing, government and corporate tenders
Upgrades: Included — no further upgrade required
New
Brand-new ASURE machines benchmarked against international first-tier brands.
A complete new machine, benchmarked against leading international brands, with core parts fully compatible with mainstream international specifications.
Best for: Buyers standardising a fleet, dealers requiring warranty-backed new stock
Upgrades: Included — full manufacturer warranty
How remanufacturing works
From idle equipment to near-new performance, in seven controlled stages at our Xingyang facility.
